Centralised systems remotely control 35 production lines over an industrial Ethernet network with premium components. Milestones in our growth ## From the first laboratory in Heshan to a global network. More than thirty years of chemical research, invention patents and international vision. From the first in-house resins to direct subsidiaries on four continents, through to the European debut with CARISMATIX: the milestones that have made YATU a worldwide benchmark in body shop refinishing. 1995 Yatu Chemical Co., Ltd. is founded in Heshan, with a sharp focus on high-durability surface chemistry. 2002 In-house production of core resins begins, ensuring full control over the supply chain and quality. 2005 Entry into international markets and launch of the global export network. 2006–2007 Development and first invention patent for waterborne finishes, in collaboration with the South China University of Technology. 2010 Awarded "Guangdong Famous Brand Product" status and recognised as a "National High-Tech Enterprise". 2015 Inauguration of China's first highly automated production line for body shop refinish paints. 2017 YATU USA is established in Michigan, consolidating a waterborne system developed 100% in-house. 2018 The strategic Yatu Hong Kong hub is set up to optimise logistics and global export flows. 2019 Direct subsidiaries founded in Russia and India to support strong demand in international markets. 2020 The Mexican subsidiary opens and coverage reaches almost 100 countries. 2024 State certification as a "National Specialized Little Giant" and entry into Guangdong's top 500 manufacturing companies. 2025 Awarded priority "KEY Little Giant" status and record revenue of more than RMB 900 million. 2026 Yatu Australia opens and the European market debut begins through full exclusivity with CARISMATIX.
