Matte Base Binder Additive
Binder 1 (Viscosity Adjuster) is a binding additive intended for use mixed with the water-based matte base during color formulation and subsequent application. Its use helps increase solids content, regulate spraying viscosity, and reduce VOC levels. Binder 1 acts as a viscosity balancer.
